The 1301 Folsom Street Renovation Project repositions a 1942 industrial warehouse into PDR/Creative Office space. The renovation includes a restoration of the historic exterior façade and incorporates double insulated glazing; polished stainless-steel entry doors with 24hr fob-controlled access; new architectural steel and glass railings at the second-floor atrium; and a new 60 Mil TPO single-ply roofing system with a 15-year N.D.L. Warranty.
To bring abundant natural light into the building, four (4) large skylights were added by strengthening the roof diaphragm. The renovation also includes all new MEP systems; completely remodeled restrooms on all floors; new shower and locker facilities at the ground level and a new bike storage room and racking system.
