BRENDAN H. BLOOM

An experienced, well-rounded construction and development professional of commercial and residential projects, skilled at overseeing projects from inception to completion. 


A self-motivated professional who encourages and inspires others using a hands-on management style based on integrity, respect and team collaboration. He is motivated by the desire to deliver high quality developments in an increasingly complex world of entitlements and financing – without compromising economic, operational or environmental objectives.


His participation in ULI, DBIA, and the USGBC, as well as his work as a Planning Commissioner, allows him to stay connected with industry leaders and abreast of current and emerging trends within the development, design, and construction communities. With his integrated approach to high-performance buildings, he uses practical and collaborative measures to advance sustainable and healthy building design and construction practices.


He has been involved with virtually every type of procurement and delivery process including: design-build, negotiated, hard bid, CM/GC-At-Risk, GMP and RFQ/RFP. His experience spans both public and private projects, delivered on-schedule and on-budget, with an emphasis always on client satisfaction. Clients have been comprised of design firms; public, private, and non-profit building owners; and developers – all representing a variety of building types including mixed-use, institutional, educational, transportation, hospitality, residential, commercial, and industrial
