As a pilot project and proof of concept, the Crossbrook Apartments Garage Conversion Project involves building ten (10) ADU’s within portions of multi-family structures that are not used as livable space. Each ADU will be the transformation of three (3) existing garages into a 570sf (+/-) one (1) bedroom/one (1) bath apartment, including in-unit washer/dryer, AC and more.
