The 300 Kansas project embraces a light industrial lineage and the diverse energies of Potrero Hill through a generous civic gesture that draws from and gives life to its surroundings.
The project consists of re-entitling an existing 30,000 sq. ft. Production, Distribution, and Repair (PDR) zoned building which is at the end of its serviceable life. The new design incorporates a 21st century light manufacturing building with 148,000 sq. ft. of PDR office and light industrial space; 7,892 sq. ft. of privately-owned, publicly-open (POPO) space; 61 on-site subterranean parking spaces utilizing a puzzle matrix parking system; bicycle parking; and shower/locker room facilities.
Currently, in the entitlement phase of the project (PPA/EEA submitted, 01/18).
