The 950-974 Market Street project is a best-in-class, 12-story, mixed-use property located in San Francisco, CA. It bridges the retail and tourist shopping district of Market Street, Union Square and the culturally rich and diverse neighborhood of the Mid-Market district. The project includes a synergistic mix of urban condominiums, a new “The Standard” hotel in the heart of San Francisco’s thriving Mid-Market district and well-balanced retail amenities.
The project consists of 242 units of well-designed, high-density, entry-level condominiums; a 232-room boutique hotel catering to conventioneers, tourists and business travelers; and 14,812 square feet of ground-floor retail and entertainment space including dining, shopping and neighborhood services.
The condominiums offer compact, efficient, creative spaces with abundant north light, high ceilings, and efficient open floor plans.
