This project was an extensive reconfiguration and remodel of the existing Community Clubhouse and Leasing Center. It involved a new fitness center, leasing offices, club room, pool, men's restroom, women's restroom, a poolside common restroom, outdoor shower, and a glass pool fence. Besides new MEP systems and interior/exterior finishes, the project also included new roofing, indoor/outdoor kitchen spaces and a wood-burning fireplace.

This project was contracted separately from the corresponding multi-family new construction and renovation project involving two structures composed of 134 new units as well as the renovation of the entire site plan, 100 existing units, and below grade parking.
